About Out of the Blue Drill Hall
Out of the Blue Arts and Education Trust is based in the Out of the Blue Drill Hall in Dalmeny Street, Edinburgh.
Our vision is that Edinburgh becomes a creative, participative city in which everyone is able to access the spaces and resources they require to pursue their own creativity, no matter who they are and what form it may take.
Our mission is to provide affordable and appropriate spaces, resources, projects and opportunities for the residents of Edinburgh to be creative. We seek to make this diversity of creativity more visible and in doing so, support the creation of cultural, social and economic value within the city.
Out of the Blue Arts and Education Trust is a Company Limited by Guarantee with charitable status with two trading subsidiaries, The Bongo Club Ltd and Out of the Blue Productions.

Out of hours access is via buzzer entry system at No 36 Dalmeny Street, next to large blue doors. Buzz 041 for reception.

Double swing doors at entrance. Full disabled access to cafe and ground floor which includes G20/Main Hall, G40/Rehearsal Studio, G36/Cutting Room & G8/Music Room.
Disabled toilet, with extra wide door, pull cord alarm system.

Free on-street parking, level access from street.
Bikes can be locked up on the bicycle fences outside the double swing doors.
